This page is a starting point for a real privacy notice. Replace it with your own, reviewed by counsel in the places you operate.

Who we are

Vertex Advisory Partners LLP (“Vertex”, “we”) runs this website and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@example.com.

What we collect

Consultation requests: your name, work email, company, role, phone number if you give it, the topics and industry you choose, and the time you pick for a call.

Contact messages: your name, email, company and the message you send.

Event registrations: the details the registration page asks for, and whether you attended.

Newsletter: your email address, and whether you open the emails we send.

Usage data: pages viewed and basic device information, if you enable an analytics service.

How we use it

We use consultation and contact details to reply to you, arrange the call you asked for and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. We share them only with the partners and staff who need them, and with service providers who host our systems under contract. We never sell personal information.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell us about your business in a consultation request is treated as confidential client information from the moment we receive it, whether or not you go on to hire us.

How long we keep it

Consultation and contact requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after two years. Client records are kept for as long as professional and tax rules require, usually six years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@example.com and we will reply within thirty days.
