Most boards have seen a scenario exercise in the last few years. Few would say it changed a decision. This webinar sets out a lighter approach that ties scenarios to specific moves and the triggers that launch them, so the work shows up in the board pack every quarter rather than in a report on the shelf.
Elena Marsh, our Managing Partner, will walk through the method described in our article on scenario planning for boards: three scenarios defined by numbers, moves agreed in advance, and a one-page trigger dashboard. Priya Raman will show how companies in Asia have used the approach to manage exposure to trade policy and supply chain shifts, with two anonymized examples.
The session is timed for the start of the 2027 planning cycle, when many boards set their agenda for the year. Attendees will receive a template trigger dashboard and a short checklist for the first board discussion.
Agenda
All times are GMT. The session runs 11:00 to 12:00 in New York and 00:00 to 01:00 on January 22 in Singapore; a recording will be sent to everyone who registers.
